Flash Site of the Week (07/30/06)

Greetings all,
Each Sunday nite I'll be posting a Flash Site of the Week. I'm hoping to receive feedback on what folks like or don't like about them. Just to get a feel for what people like to look at in a flash element.
I'll try to give some "Points of Interest" to help you get to the cool stuff quicker, but sometimes there's just cool stuff everywhere...this being one of those cases.
This is a portfolio site for osmanDinc, an interactive media designer. All I can say about the following site is there's interactivity everywhere - just move your mouse around to find it if you think you're "stuck".
